This policy explains how we handle personal information from shop owners who use or consider our services and from visitors who submit forms on a shop's website.

We may collect: business name and city, contact name and email address, mobile number if provided, existing website address if provided, and information submitted while communicating with us or receiving support.

We may also look up business information from public sources so we can prepare an accurate first version of the shop's website.

When a visitor uses a contact or appointment-request form on a shop's website, we collect the information the visitor types into that form.

We handle this information to operate the form, deliver the request to the shop and support the website. The shop is responsible for how it responds to and uses the request.

A shop may choose separately priced services such as an AI front desk, website chat, missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, review requests or marketing services. We use information needed to provide an add-on only when the shop selects that service. Additional notices or terms may apply.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors found us. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. We use it to improve our website, not to identify you by name, and we do not send what you type into our forms to Google Analytics. We also use the Meta Pixel to see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to this website and to our Build My Site form, and to show our ads to people who have visited. It uses cookies and records pages viewed and when a form is sent, not what you type into it. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Shop owners may choose whether to provide a mobile number or an existing website address. Visitors may choose whether to submit a website form, although required form fields must be completed for the request to be sent.
