01Switching over
- Will I lose my Google rankings?
- No. We map every page of your current site to your new one, so the rankings you've earned stay put. The new site is built for Google and AI search like ChatGPT, so you get found more.
- I already have a website. Do I have to take it down?
- No. Keep it running. We build the new one alongside it, using your real services and your own words. Nothing changes until you say switch.
- Will my Google reviews move over?
- They never move, because we never touch them. Your Google listing and reviews stay exactly where they are, and your rating shows on your new site.
- What about my domain?
- You keep it. Point it yourself with our step-by-step, or we'll do it for you. No domain yet? We'll set one up.
- How long until I see my site?
- Usually in a business day or two. Type your shop name and we send you your finished site to click through.
- Do I need a call or a demo first?
- No. No call, no card, no account. You see your site first, then decide.
02Price and terms
- Am I locked in?
- No. Month to month. Cancel with one email to info@toplocalauto.com. Your domain, your photos and your customer list are yours.
- Do I pay before I see my site?
- No. We build it first. You only pay if you want to keep it.
- Is there a setup fee?
- Not on the $149 site. Setup there is $0 as an introductory offer, for a limited time. Tuned setup is $199 and Turbo setup is $499, or $0 on a 12-month term. Details are on the plans page.
- What do Tuned and Turbo cost?
- Tuned is $249 a month and Turbo is $599 a month, on top of your $149 site. Vehicle listings are priced separately. Compare them on the plans page. Compare plans →
- Is it cheaper for more than one location?

03Running your site
- I'm not a computer guy. Can I still run it?
- Yes. You don't need to be a tech wizard or a designer. Every site comes with professionally designed sections in your colours. Change the words and photos, press Publish, and it still looks sharp.
- Can I change it from my phone?
- Yes. Holiday hours, a new special, a new photo. Most changes take about a minute.
- What if I'd rather someone else did it?
- Ask us. The help assistant is right inside your admin. Most requests are handled the same day, and bigger changes or custom work are quoted upfront.
- Will a change go live by accident?
- No. Changes wait as a draft. Nothing goes live until you press Publish.
- Does it connect to my calendar?
- Yes. It connects to your calendar. Tuned and Turbo book real open times, and Turbo lets customers pick a time right on your site.
- Does it work with my shop software?
- If it has an open API, we can connect it. Tell us what you use and we'll check.
04Leads and plans
- Where do my leads go?
- To your leads inbox, first. Every request is saved to your account with the vehicle and the job, and you get an email the moment it lands.
- Do I need Tuned or Turbo?
- No. Your $149 site works on its own. Tuned and Turbo take the jobs you'd do by hand and do them for you.
- Does the phone answering pretend to be a person?
- No. It says it's an AI if anyone asks. It takes the name, number, vehicle and job, and puts it in your inbox. About phone answering →
- Will texting customers get me in trouble?
- Not the way we set it up. Every form records when a customer says you can text them, and texting only starts once your number is approved.
- Can you run my marketing too?
- Yes. Content, search, ads and social can be done for you by our team, quoted separately.
05Your kind of shop
- Is this only for tire shops?
- No. Auto repair, tire, body and paint, brake and muffler, oil and lube, transmission, custom builds, motorcycle and powersports, dealers and fleet. If it's automotive repair or service, it fits.
- I sell cars too. Does it do listings?
- Yes. Vehicle listings put your whole lot online. Add a VIN and the details fill in, or bring in the whole lot from a spreadsheet. See the demo lot →
- We have more than one location. How does that work?
- Two ways. One Head Office site with a page for every store, which you can add yourself in minutes. Or a full site for every store, linked to head office, which we set up.
